Recently the time domain Discontinuous Galerkin Method is becoming increasingly popular in the field of numerical algorithm.The Method is gradually developed from absorbing the merits of various algorithms and overcomes their demerits simultaneously.With the reference that finite element method is applied as the spatial discretization in spatial discrete;using flow functions in the boundary to stitch sub-domain together like finite volume method;similar as the finite-difference time-domain difference method is applied to deal with the time issues.In 2002 professor J..HethavenS firstly introduced the time domain discontinuous Galerkin method into the analysis of electromagnetic problems,since then computational electromagnetics has got a brand-new effective analysis tool.Electromagnetic compatibility technology and suppression technology of electromagnetic interference are now increasingly demanding technical means.The reason is that the structures and functions of modern electronic equipment are becoming more and more complex,leading to greater interference between those equipment.The traditional method of electromagnetic compatibility is to test the reliability with an aim to guarantee the quality of the product,which would lead to a huge waste of money for the use of remedial measures.Therefore,using numerical modeling analysis is an essential part for the development of modern electronic equipment before actual production.This article would mainly focus on dealing with the problems of electromagnetic compatibility in integrated circuit based on the discontinuous Galerkin method in time domain analysis.The structure of the article can be summarized as:1.A brief introduction to the development and key points of electromagnetic compatibility,and finite volume method,finite difference method and Finite-Difference which based on the discontinuous Galerkin method in time domain.After a comparison among several algorithms,a conclusion would be drawn to illustrate the advantages and development prospects of the time discontinuous Galerkin method.2.Discuss about the specific implementation of the time discontinuous Galerkin method.The research on the part of the application of the upwind numerical flow to the dissipation problem would particularly be carried out in this paper.There would also bea comparative analysis with the original system of the center flow leapfrog method.3.The time discontinuous Galerkin method would be applied to the model of integrated circuit source analysis,and discontinuous Galerkin method in time domain would exclusively applied to complex geometry in time domain analysis.This paper would make use of this characteristic to carry out the corresponding application.
