Plate detection system is able to detect the instrument of the plate shape characteristic;the accuracy of test results is closely related to detection device.In recent years,with the raise of development plan of the non-contact detection technology,which has been widely applied in measurement of the medium and heavy plate,with the advantages in its high precision,and quick date processing and high real-time.With Chinese industrial upgrading,the Plate detection system demand increases detection precision.On the one hand,the automatic measurement technology is relatively backward in our country,plate detection system directly buy from abroad.On the other hand,temperature effect influence on the detection precision cannot be ignored,the industrial commonly method is control constant temperature box temperature detection system,which is able to eliminate the temperature effect,but with the equipment and maintenance costs will increase.In order to reduce test cost and improve the detection precision of the plate,so we need to increase the study of plate detection system.This paper will take the plate detection system as the research object.This paper establishes environmental temperature will lead to change in the temperature detection model and simulation analysis.What is more,this paper explores that the environment temperature change will effect on the image pixels drift and simulation analysis.Last but not the least,this paper calibrates system temperature and compensation experiment verify.This thesis puts emphasis on the image model of camera,the camera calibration methods,based on the finite element method analysis system;the temperature changes lead to image pixel coordinates drift simulation and experiment,and the influence of temperature compensation in terms of theoretical analysis and experimental research.In this paper,the following work has been done:(1)In this paper,the current development status of plate detection system is depicted,with the trend of future development in this field analytically studied.According to the plate detection system current status and problems,this paper analyzes the significance of research temperature effect and temperature compensation on the detection results.(2)The plate detection system structure is introduced and set up the experimental platform.The plate detection system imaging model is deduced and calibrate camera parameters,which is able to switch the image coordinate system and the object coordinate system.(3)A new method based on finite element theory and thermal analysis of plate detection system is proposed.This paper simulates system temperature distribution,which provides that the reference on test system structure design and choose to detect temperature points.(4)This paper deduce that the relation between environmental temperature changes and camera parameters model,based on this model is simulated analysis and simplified model parameters,and find that simplify the relationship between the pixel coordinates drift and the camera parameters.(5)The experiment introduced and analyzed the result of the experiment,which verify the validity of the theoretical analysis.This paper calibrate between temperature change and the camera parameters curve of measurement system.Then using the results of the calibration curves compensated error of corresponding temperature measurement.The validation experiment analysis measurement accuracy can be increased by 1.4 mm.
