LTE has became the worldwide large-scale commercial communication system,meanwhile LTE technology is also in constant development,the evolution of technology and standardization has not been stopped.From time to time,a new algorithm or new technologies have been proposed or written to standards.In the process of technology research,need a more convenient,more economical,and more close to the real system emulation platform to verify the technical feasibility and actual effect.The core content of this thesis is to study and implements a LTE physical emulation platform.The platform using the software radio technology and based on the LTE physical layer key technologies,aiming at provide a flexible,economic and practical software emulation and hardware verification platform for the new algorithm,a new waveform.At first,this paper introduces the software and hardware development environment of the emulation platform.Then elaborate the overall design of the LTE physical emulation platform,including system architecture,performance parameters,etc.And analyzes some key theory and algorithm of the emulation platform,such as baseband modulation algorithm,orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM),multiple input multiple output(MIMO),synchronous algorithm,channel estimation algorithm and equalization algorithm and so on.Then illustrates the concrete realization way of the LTE physical emulation platform,including how to send and receive the RF signal,how to implement all kinds of software algorithm,etc.Finally elaborated the performance testing process of the LTE physical emulation platform,illustrates the test contents,test methods and test results.The test results show that the emulation platform can meet the design requirements.
