In recent years, wireless control system development has achieved remarkable results in industrial automation. The ease to deploy and low cost of wireless control system has promoted the development of industrial wireless control system, which makes it have unlimited development space in industrial automation field.Traditional industrial wireless sensor networks can not support high-speed applications because of their low sampling rate, and traditional wireless local area network(WLAN)can support high-speed applications, but can not be applied to high real-time and reliability requirements due to the network characteristics. In order to meet the requirements of high-speed industrial applications, the project team improves the traditional wireless LAN protocol.Based on the centralized management and resource scheduling mechanism of the centralized controller, the protocol is able to meet the real-time and reliability requirements of high-speed industrial applications.Based on the IEEE 802.11 MAC protocol of TDMA which the project team has researched in the earlier period and the separation of control and forwarding logical centralized control and service network resource adaptation in Smart Identifier Network,we propose a multi-hop network architecture that realize centralized management of industrial wireless access points. We also design the resource adaption approach under the architecture we propose.More specifically, the architecture is a three layered model which include application layer, controlling layer and infrastructure layer.Aiming at controlling layer and infrastructure layer, this paper realizes the structure and function of the detailed and protocol design for the separation of control and forwarding, which is based on Control Forwarding Protocol of message forwarding. The core component controller of the control management layer controls the network of the infrastructure layer according to the control forwarding protocol,so as to meet the application requirements of the service network resource adaptation and the separation of control and forwarding,so as to meet the application requirements of service network resource adaptation and separation of control and forwarding. The concrete realization is that the message transmission time slot is abstracted as the virtual device port.By using the specific control and forwarding protocol messages as the control message transmission carrier, dedicated time slots, channels and routes are set for its transmission. In this paper,a detailed scheduling scheme is designed and implemented.Through the algorithm of slot scheduling and channel scheduling in centralized controller, the time slot scheduling, channel scheduling and route scheduling are combined as the link scheduling to send the configuration message to the infrastructure layer to realize the above three scheduling, and the real-time scheduling of the network resources can be realized. In this paper, the industrial wireless access point centralized control system is fully tested, including system foundation test, centralized control function test and resource scheduling resource test. After the design and implementation of the above, this paper extends the programmable function through Dynamic Link Library(DLL).In this paper,by introducing designs of the logic control and data forwarding separation and open programming interface, logical centralized control and efficient resource scheduling mechanism, make the the newly developed industrial LAN technology ease to control and easy to schedule, which can meet the difficulties and adjustments of the existing wireless control network. These advantages are obvious in industrial applications.
