Abstract/Summary:
Nowadays,countries in the world are all concerned about Antarctica.And research in the Antartic is also very multi-faceted.In the ice shelf and ocean interaction research field,the biggest breakthrough is how to use modern science and technology to develop a set of ice rack hot water drill equipment drilling through several kilometers thick ice shelves,and through the ice hole scientists can put the corresponding marine glacier observation equipment on the bottom of the ice shelf to carry out continuous observation.Based on the research background,the paper analyzes and studies the status of the research at home and abroad,designs and realizes an ice shelf hot water drill measurement and control system.The system is divided into three parts: ice surface monitoring and control center,ice surface distributed monitoring system and drilling head measurement and control system.The first part is mainly used for real-time receiving and displaying the key parameters of the system and issuing remote commands to the device;the second part consists of a number of sensors on the device and MODBUS bus devices;The third part is a single-chip embedded system based on STM32F103,and is mainly used to complete the data collection,transmission and to control the solenoid valve,etc.The main contents of this paper are composed of five parts: the introduction of system theory,system conceptual design,system hardware design,system software design and system debugging.For the design of the hot-water-drilling system and the theoretical knowledge which will be used in the project,this paper first defines the overall scheme of the system and divides the overall scheme into several sub-schemes.And then the hardware and software design of the system is introduced detailly.The hardware design of the paper is divided into the design of drilling mechanical structure and the design of the circuit.The circuit design is based on the microprocessor,and is equipped with the embedded circuit design of acquisition,control and communication.Software design is divided into embedded software design and ice surface measurement and control software design.The embedded software part defines the communication protocols and designs the modular program according to the different functions;the ice surface measurement and control software completes the real-time graphical display and control of the parameters of ice surface distributed monitoring system and drilling head system.At last,the debugging work of the system is described in detail.This paper develops a set of hot-water-drill measurement and control system.The system has completed the functional debugging and high-low temperature test in the laboratory.The test result shows that the system can work stably and reliably.In addition,the embedded drilling head system and the ice surface distributed monitoring system have been accepted in the workshop and the assembly site.The whole system will be simulated in Changchun City Jilin Province.
