The thesis designs a detection antenna according to the practical application in Civil Aviation.It can help to avoid interference from other radio frequencies,like 3G handsets mobile phones(2100MHz and 1800MHz),Wi-Fi signal(2.4GHz and 5GHz),Bluetooth signal(2.4GHz),WiMax signal(from 3.3GHz to3.7GHz)and UWB(Ultra Wide Band)communication frequency(from 3.1GHz to 9.3GHz).On the basis of the UWB antenna,band-notched antenna,miniaturized antenna and related theories,the thesis designs a UWB detection antenna with band-notched and miniaturized.Furthermore the thesis also builds a simulation model,and thrown up some results.The main work is as follows:(a)The thesis designs a new UWB circular monopole antenna with coplanar waveguide technology,and it is printed in the FR4 dielectric panel.The size of the whole antenna is 40mm*50mm,and the defected ground structure can make improvement of the impedance matching characteristics.Simulation results show that the detection antenna have a good impedance matching characteristics in the radio frequencies from 2.1GHz to 13.45GHz by using HFSS Microwave Studio simulation software.The antenna is an Omni-directional antenna,as it has a good Omni-directivity during its working frequencies.(b)The thesis adopts typing structure to design antenna in order to detect 3Ghandsets mobile phones(1800 MHz)and make the antenna smaller.Finally,the bandwidth of the detection antenna has move 300MHz to the lowest,and it realizes the working bandwidth from 1.8GHz to 13.45GHz.(c)There are some communication bandwidths in the aircraft,including radio altimeter.The bandwidth of radio altimeter is from 4.2GHz to 4.4GHz,and the frequency of meteorology airborne radar is 9.33GHz,9.35GHz,and 9.375GHz.The thesis also designs a double band-notched antenna based on the UWB antenna and the single band-notched before.With the trapped wave,the antenna can filter out of the radio altimeter bandwidths.It can supply a better solution of the radio interference problems,and the antenna system is still simple.
