With the rapid development of economy,the traffic situation of waterway waters tends to complicate.Ensuring safe and efficient operation of the waterway transportation systems is the common goal.At present,gray comprehensive evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method commonly used evaluation methods.While on the evaluation of validity and reliability is satisfactory,but there is a certain range of ascension.With the computer high-speed development,the new evaluation method put forward is imperative.There have a new method of safety evaluation work by the combination of computer and mathematics and using the basic data does safety evaluation.This article analyzes the influence of waterway traffic safety in the navigation waters,the waters of natural conditions and traffic conditions.This article expounds the factors effect on the waterway traffic safety may cause.And analysis the effect of various factors on the waterway traffic safety process.This article method analyzes a common maritime traffic safety evaluation method by comparing at the present stage.This article expounds the basic principles of Gray Comprehensive Evaluation Method,Ana-lytic hierarchy process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.Their advantages and disadvantages are summarized by applying the methods of the list.This article puts forward a new waterway traffic safety evaluation method-the radial basis wavelet neural network evaluation method by aiming their shortcomings.Article expounds its model.The basic data was obtained by the expert investigation method,and obtain the TianJin port evaluation index by using the comprehensive regression results processing.According to the actual situation of the waterway to quantify the evaluation index,article uses the radial basis wavelet neural network evaluation method to carry on the waterway traffic safety evaluation.Finally,obtains the results of safety evaluation results.Through the analysis of TianJin port main channel accident data,Found that the evaluation results can better response from TianJin main channel to the actual situation of traffic safety.It provides new ideas and methods for waterway traffic safety evaluation.
