The bee industry,known as a kind of air agriculture with less investment and quick output,has important economic,social and ecological benefits of its development.The development of bee industry in our country has superior natural conditions.Our country is a traditional beekeeping country,with the number of bees,bee products output ranking first in the world.In the technology of honey products,honey bottled technology as one of the basic technologies,is the key to improve the yield of honey.Traditional bottled industry basically used weighting method by hands or weighting instrument.Weighting method by hands is a manual work.Its regulation accuracy is poor,which cannot ensure the sanitation condition strictly;meanwhile,regulation by weighting instrument mainly depends on sensing element.Weighting sensing element controls the circulating of bottled equipment.Generally,weighting instruments are finished product,with single function.They cannot expand new functions basing on produce requirement.Along with the development of automatic control,producers want full-automatic detection and monitor on the production line.Aiming to it,the task of this paper is using PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)as the controller,to design an automatic bottled control system for honey,including the melting of honey crystallization(temperature control),feeding,bottling and packing.The task of this design is promoting the speed and accuracy of equipment working,and realizing automatically bottling and packing honey.This paper designs an automatic bottled control system for honey,which uses PLC as the controller.This system can greatly improve the equipment operation speed and accuracy,realizing the automatic honey preparation,the bottling and the packing.This system is mainly composed of equipment such as honey melting and heating device,a temperature sensor,electromagnetic valves,a feeding trolley,reaction tank,liquid conveyer,blender,photoelectric sensors,capping machine,bottled honey transmission line,carton feeding mechanism,bottled honey feeding mechanism and loading mechanism.The design of this control system includes the design of software design and hardware design:the hardware parts including the selection of PLC and port assignment,brief introduction of design required components,motor interface circuit design;the software parts including initial program design,the melting of honey process program design,honey feeding and the preparation process program design,honey bottling and cartons feeding process program design,packing process program design.This system uses PLC as the controller to control the process of bottled honey production.Its advantages are flexible programming,reliable operation and simple circuit.Using PLC to control the overall operation of the system makes the production line truly full automation.One production line can complete the production with even one person and one computer,which greatly improves the production efficiency.All these above prove the practical significance of the system that this paper proposes.
