Nowadays,information processing technology and computer technology led to the rapid development of the multi-source information fusion technology progress,infor-mation fusion technology has been widely used in more and more fields,especially in the field of marine traffic becomes the guarantee of the safe navigation of ships,ship collision zone to the marine environment pollution reduction is playing a more and more important role.In the field of maritime transport,multi-source information fusion is to refer to the radar,automatic identification system,GPS,Beidou,Galileo navigation system for comprehensive processing,integration,and the integration of the information on the unified mark.The most critical technology is the integration of radar and AIS infor-mation technology.To display traffic information on the same screen,it should fuse the radar and AIS data.Data fusion processing includes time calibration and co-ordinate transformation.Because the observation time is not synchronized and the spatial reference point is dif-ferent,radar and AIS data should be preprocessed in the first time because of the dif-ference between the observation time and the spatial reference point in the radar and AIS detection.The track correlation is the core of the fusion of radar and AIS information,that is to judge whether the track of the two sensors represent the same target.The essence of the problem is to solve the problem of repeated tracking in the sensor space coverage area.After the correct track correlation decision it can be carried out after the track fu-sion processing,and get the target state estimation information.On the basis of in-depth study of neural network and fuzzy theory is proposed in this paper based on adaptive neural fuzzy inference track correlation algorithm and the mathematical model make in detail.After using the proposed algorithm,a track fusion algorithm based on Bayesian regularization BP neural network is proposed.In this pa-per,it uses MATLAB to simulate the algorithm of this paper,and then uses C++ to pro-gram the core algorithm of the system.The algorithm is validated by the actual ship da-ta in Dalian Port,compared with the traditional weighted fusion algorithm.The results show that the proposed algorithm is better than the traditional weighted fusion algo-rithm,and it has a certain effectiveness and practicability.
