Organic Light-Emitting Diodes(OLED)has been widely concerned in the panel display area due to its excellent characteristics such as self-emitting high brightness,high contrast ratio, ultrathin, low cost, low power consumption, wide viewing angle, wide range of operation temperature etc.Some defects will appear during the complex prcduction process for OLED, which will restrict the yield.The main work of this paper is devoted to analyze the defects the glass Paster process for the micro-oled display production to improve the yield of micro display.(1) A brief introduction of micro-OLED display technology and application.(2)As the 0.6 inches OLED display which made by Yunnan North Olightek Opto-electronic Technology Co.Ltd.for example, introducing the main production process of micro- OLED display and glass paster process.(3) Analying the defects in the micro-OLED glass paster process and finding main factors:bubble, SMD precision and granularity.(4) According to the analysis of the defects, finding out the cause of defects,and improving the yield of product.
