Intelligent parking monitoring and alarm system is developed by means of technologies that include automatic vehicle detection and visual internet gate. The visual recognition algorithm is embedded into the device of visual Internet gate, which is used to detect and localize vehicles in an open park. When vehicles are parked in the irregular area, the system will send message to the administrator automatically. In this system, visual Internet gate detect and localize vehicles in an open park based on Convolutional Neural Network and Adaboost, and the relevant data is transferred to a server. The implementation technologies include object detection, the Internet of things, cross-platform transplantation and so on. This system can be installed in any place such as the side of the road or a large parking lot to supervise and control the parking situation. It is significant to improve the city traffic, and it is related to various topics, such as artificial intelligence, wisdom city, intelligent transportation, Internet+and so on. In the system, there mainly are two aspects in the innovation. In vehicle detection, a position is detected by multiple windows. In order to reduce the number of windows, we put forward a new method based on definition of the distribution matrix. In the training process, the positive samples similar to the background are used to optimize the positive sample proportion in the training set to reduce the number of the training sample, and improve accuracy of detection. In practical application, this system can solve the monitoring problems of large parking space in intelligent management systems.
