Research And Application Of Service Guarantee Technology In TD-LTE High Traffic Scene

Along with the large-scale construction and deployment of the TD-LTE networks,and the explosive increasing of TD-LTE terminals and users,the issue of high traffic problems for TD-LTE networks has been in grave difficulties,especially for those applications which are likely to form a high traffic scene,such as important sports events,large concerts and other public activities which.Specifically,in high traffic scenarios,it is normal that a large number of users launch random access simultaneously,occupy the date transmission services densely for the uploading of pictures and videos,resulting in the deterioration of the KPI indexes,such as the wireless connection probability.Moreover,it will seriously affect the user experiences and even endanger network security.Firstly,In this paper,in order to guarantee the service assurance for TD-LTE high traffic scenes,the evaluations of the network resources are developed based on the user number analysis and cell planning,in terms of air interface capacity,transmission capability,equipment reliability.Considering the network coverage problem of different TD-LTE high traffic scenes,we provide the designs of engineering modifications and the network optimizations.This paper mainly focuses on the multi-band hybrid networking for high traffic scene and propose the specific hybrid network methods for e F/D/E bands.Then,The capacity of the high traffic network is optimized by the load balancing and cell splitting.we adopt the Inter-Cell Interference Coordination technique for the interference controlling,the corresponding parameter optimizations are carried out by combining with the user access and perceptions.Last but not least,we developed communication guarantee process and the emergency strategy for the TD-LTE high traffic scenes,which has been applied to large concerts and achieve excellent effect of production and management.It has been proved that our work can provide high quality of experience for high traffic scene users and enhance the TD-LTE network of China Mobile brand effect and core competitiveness remarkably.
