With the rapid development of global economic integration,electronic technology and network technology,Internet of Things(IoT)has become an important part of new information technology,which has good prospects for development.In order to enable every student to have a better contact and understand of the IoT technology,many major colleges and universities have set up the IoT related experimental class.The class will include many experiments such as audio and video codec,wireless data transmission,sensor equipment acquisition and display,etc.In this paper,an IoT experiment box is developed for the education needs of universities,which is based on the analysis of the development of Internet of Things and the EDA technology of electronic circuit.The main functions of the experiment box are sensor data acquisition,wireless data transmission,audio or video transmission and so on.This paper mainly completes the research and development of the hardware circuit design of IOT.The main work is divided into the following points:(1)This paper puts forward the overall hardware framework of the Internet of Things experiment box with DM365 chip as the core microprocessor,introduces the related information of the core processor TMS320DM365 chip,the audio processing circuit AIC3101 chip and the video processing circuit TVP5151 chip,then Introduced each sensor module.The hardware schematic design of each module is completed by using OrCAD software according to the datasheet of chip and sensor module.It includes audio and video processing circuit,USB interface expansion circuit,Huawei 4G ME909 module circuit,4 * 4 matrix button,power module circuit,cloud platform driver circuit,a touch screen LCD circuit and a series of sensor module application circuits.(2)Exhaustively introduce how to use Cadence Allegro software to do PCB design and production.In this paper,high-frequency core processor is used to design Io T box,so high-speed PCB method should be used to design PCB.This paper mainly discuss the layout and wiring matters of high-speed circuit board,the differential line and the equal-length wiring in high-speed circuit board are analyzed in detail,especially discuss and analyze the high-speedsignal wiring between DM365 and DDR chip.(3)Aimed at the functional requirements of the IOT,a series of functional tests were carried out.Verify the design of the production of Internet of things box meet the needs of major colleges and universities.
