With the continuous development of the Internet,s all walks of life are beginning to inform the construction,it can greatly improve the efficiency of work and collaboration through the Internet's information construction,also it improve the competitiveness of the industry.In the process of information construction,the demand for government units is particularly strong,because the government's own service-oriented characteristics,the need to serve the people and enterprises,especially enterprise services,due to the continuous development and innovation,How to effectively serve the present high-tech enterprise is an urgent need to solve the problem.it can provide a variety of services to meet the technology companies in the development process of funding and R & D issues,and promote the country's orderly development and innovation through the information system for high technology companies.In this context,this paper puts forward a scientific and technological information management system,which can effectively improve the communication between the government departments and enterprises,the government departments to improve the scientific research support to enterprises and promote the scientific and technological innovation and enterprise development virtuous circle.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,the background and purpose of the subject of detailed analysis,and scientific and technological information management system at home and abroad to carry out a detailed analysis of the status quo for the feasibility of this topic laid the foundation.The technology involved in the system is analyzed in detail,including Cloud Stack,java,and SSM,which are analyzed and researched in detail.Then the system is analyzed in detail.Including the feasibility analysis and user analysis of the system,through the system of project management business processes and user process analysis of the system's business with a more in-depth understanding.Through the analysis of the system,the main functions of the system can be divided into five blocks: user management functions,enterprise user management functions,project management functions,the results of identification functions and integrated information services.At last,the system is designed and realized in detail.The architecture of the system is designed in detail,including the software architecture of the system andthe network deployment architecture of the system.Then the database table of the system is designed in detail.The system chooses Java as the development language,SSM as the development framework,My SQL as the data storage service software,and the cloud platform Cloud Stack.The system design and development of the modules are: enterprise management module,project management module,the project summary module and integrated management module four modules.
