| With the continuous expansion of higher vocational education,the number of students has remarkably increased.Correspondingly,more and more vocational colleges have set up students’ integrated management system to deal with problems exposed,such as information asymmetry and redundant data which influences working efficiency.Therefore,in order to improve working efficiency and provide students with a full range of services,this paper designs and implements Comprehensive Management System for Vocational College Students by aiming at the status of student management in higher vocational colleges.Firstly,this essay analyzes the current management of students in higher vocational colleges,summarizes situation of students’ comprehensive management at home and abroad,and points out the feasibility of comprehensive management system for students in higher vocational colleges.And then,the author looks back on the related theory knowledge and tool technology,conducts function requirement analysis,and designs system structure and analyzes database.Secondly,the paper analyzes the functional structure of students’ comprehensive management system in depth,establishes the corresponding data flow chart,and comes up with the main functions into six modules from students’ entering the school to graduation.The system database table is designed by PowerDesigner data modeling tool,and the entities involved in the system are described in detail by E-R chart method.Finally,the interface and each function module are coded and tested based on the system design.The system is an information work platform for students’ comprehensive management in higher vocational colleges.Its main roles are school administrators,students,teachers,and different objectives operating the functions within the scope of authority,which can improve students’ overall management efficiency.The innovation of the system mainly includes: providing data exchange with other systems,realizing the correlation between systems,providing the interface for data integrity and consistency.The role access control model(RBAC)is used to realize the effective management of users’ rights and provide the system with security protection by combining with database anti-injection technology.The system meets the technical and vocational training needs,introduces students’ business and employment management module,realizes overall management for students,and improves workprocess in vocational school management.Currently,this system is stable with highly utilization of functions and business applications,which is beneficial for promoting information technology in vocational colleges and improving student management efficiency. |
