| With the continuous development of information technology and the advent of big data network,the traditional paper-based office mode has been unable to adapt to the current needs of the scientific and technological,networking,and fast-speeding work.The government and the related enterprises and institutions need an integrated office system,based on the network platform,that can do the information management and office automation in order to realize the goal of the internal office automation,the information sharing,the networking transmission and the intelligent management,and can provide necessary information support for decision-making of the leadership.Office information system based on the ASP.NET is proposed in the above background.Based on the current mainstream background of the development of office information system,and on the research subject of designing and implementation of office information system,on the basis of the software engineering idea,of Nanchang Municipal Sports Bureau,this thesis firstly analyzes the feasibility of ASP.NET office information system,then analyzes the users' actual office demands,and finally gradually realizes the overall development process of the system.Based on B/S system framework mode,and by using the currently the most popular integrated development tool---Microsoft Visual Studio(VS)---on the Windows platform,ASP.NET programming language,and SQL Server 2008 database management system,the Office Information System will be worked out to satisfy the actual office needs.This thesis gives a detailed introduction about the design idea of the system architecture,and the whole process of the system development,mainly including the related to office flow analysis process,database design,system function design and implementation,and the function research and implementation of the daily work module,personnel management module,personal management module,and system management module. |
