Manufacturing Execution System(MES)is a process oriented platform of workshop production management.It is the basic technical means to implement agile manufacturing strategy and to realize the agility of workshop.The LCD panel manufacturing enterprises has plenty of product models and panel sizes.Different models of product production process is different.Management is difficult,so the implementation of manufacturing execution system is of great significance.This paper is based on a liquid crystal display panel manufacturing enterprise in Suzhou Industrial Park as the background,mainly do the following 3 aspects of research:Firstly,study on the manufacturing execution system related knowledge as well as the domestic and foreign status.Analysis of the LCD panel manufacturing technology and process,aiming at the background of enterprise management demands of system requirements analysis,the system requires five main function modules for enterprise managers: resource allocation and state management,product tracking management,personnel management,quality management,data collection and acquisition.Secondly,manufacturing execution system design.The above user needs to be refined into the five major functions of the system function structure,including data setting module,work in process tracking module,exception management module,label management module and data monitoring module.The function of each module is designed in detail.And I has carried on the system architecture design,interaction mode between system and peripheral system.The system takes the B/S structure as the network structure.The main structure of the system is designed using MVC mode.Interaction with other systems using the MQ,Web Service and other middleware technology.Thirdly,implementation of manufacturing execution system.In the realization of the basic structure,the use of the domain and the firewall technology to ensure the safety of enterprise production environment.Database using RAC Oracle real-time application of cluster technology to ensure high performance applications while reducing the cost of the user.In the realization of system program,the Java technology is adopted to design a J2 EE based and object oriented java application development framework,which makes the system development easier and easier to work with.Implemented system has been successfully used on the line.It achieves its intended purpose.It has brought the huge benefit to the user.
