Social production, every aspect of people's lives are inseparable from the support and protection of power systems, power systems construction, maintenance and management is an important manifestation of the comprehensive national strength. Currently, the national grid to join universities and research institutes are actively build China's own "Grid hazard warning model", a "natural disaster- Power System Fault large data sets" and "Grid hazard warning model." But the grid accident disposal work, there is still a low level of information, low accident early warning information utilization, time-consuming coordination of various departments on the lower level and other issues.To solve these problems exist in the current power system, the purpose of this research work aims to establish a set of "grid accident early warning and disposal management system", the system's main features include:(1) the integration of power system fault warning platform with the power system fault reporting and disposal system, so that warning- disposal- feedback report- disposal- feedback of information.(2) on the lower level of power system communication system so fast fault reporting, fast approval, quickly determine disposal options, disposal results in a fast reporting(3) Construction of the "Grid fault case library collection and disposal of the case." The system will facilitate the operation and maintenance work of the power of information technology to improve the speed grid accident disposal, improve grid operation and maintenance efficiency.The main research work and the contents are as follows:1, combined with the target system using the personnel, workflow, completion of the "power grid accident early warning and disposal management system" needs analysis. Top-level design of the system, system function module design; combining business processes, build the business use case diagrams and flow chart.2, complete the "grid accident early warning and disposal management system" system architecture design, database logic design; characteristics combined business, complete integration of the various modules of the system, the completion of a flowchart of different services.3, on the "grid accident early warning and disposal management system" software, and software testing, complete system functional modules, interactive compact, reaching the system design goals.4. Finally, the research work carried out summary and analysis, analysis of the shortcomings of this article, combining systems development and testing experience, the next work on the system in the future.
