Design And Development Of The Financial Management Information System

With the widely application of the information management system and the deepening of economic globalization influence, financial centralized control, the improvement of financial data management, such as real-time processing is becoming more and more urgent. From the point of view, the development trend of current enterprise data is growing. The centralized control, real-time processing of financial information management model has improved the core competitiveness and integration. One of the important ways from a large number of complex business data analysis is how to be more effective in the extraction of the available information.Moreover, with the further deepening of reform in our country, the emphasis on data processing has gradually expanded the implementation from the traditional business to on-line analytical processing of business data. Great changes have taken place in our enterprise and use statistics for decision making. During this procedure, financial information management technology has become more mature after years of development.In this paper, take a group company as a example, we firstly introduce the financial management structure, data organization and the development of related technology. Analysis of the background and significance, study the theory of financial management system architecture and difficulties. Then, according to the development of the enterprise, we investigate the business procedures and finance requirement. By the system analysis and design,we implement a finance management system, which integrate thefinance management of different sub-companies and departments.It efficiently promote the information and data integration ability. Our system is based on the three layer architecture of J2EE and B/S model. With the view of business analysis,we make the technology innovation using SQL Server 2008 and SDH+LAN.Moreover,with the development of this system,we make a suitable optimize on the finance data. The system requirments and network construction are described in details. It has a realistic significance on system design, finance information management.
