As China's socialist market economy system constantly improving,domestic Enterprises pay more attention to the capital operating. Culture industry has a great impact to the development of the society and economy.And under such circumstances, publishing and media industry gradually change its development direction into marketization, and the mode of the capital operating is abroad used in the publishing and media industry. And this thesis firstly gives a brief introduce to the general meaning and classification of the capital operating and the general meaning and the evaluation methodology of the financial performance; and then, the thesis teases the general situation and development of the publishing and media industry, and made a summary of the different types of recent years' capital operating of the publishing and media industry. Besides, the thesis uses principal component analysis and factor analysis to calculate the thirty companies' general performance, and analysising the four companies' major mergers and acquisitions and having a comparision between the other companies' performance and its. And the thesis analysis the situation changes of the performance of the acquisition and reorganization before and after the year, and made a conclusion that the great acquisition and reorganization can improve the financial performance of a company. And finally, this thesis gives some suggestions to the capital operation of the listed enterprises of the publishing and media industry.
