With the development of direct banking industry, there are much competitions and challenges. The direct bank is an open sales platform that consists of online banking, payment, core systems, third-party merchant, and product providers. The urgent problem for the financial service system is how to manage these systems, business cooperation and product providers.The thesis focuses on the financial merchant clear system which is the component of the financial open service platform. The financial merchant clear system is a system which manage the financial clear of the third institutions. Now some problem faced. Firstly, the system faces lots of service including bank financial services and non-bank financial services. Secondly, the cooperativity is needed in the system. The system can link with other systems. Lastly, it is important to guarantee the system stable work. So, the thesis adopts OSGi frame to design and exploit the system.The thesis introduces the current situation of OSGi frame. Then, analyzes how to manage these sub-system and product. In addition, the demands are also analyzed in the thesis. Moreover, the framework of the system is designed and the function module is also designed. Next, the thesis designs the system data base. At last, the thesis also testes performance of the system and improve the performance.The financial merchant clear system designed can efficiently manage the product, Institution and users. The financial merchant clear system based on OSGi is the firstly used in china. The openness and flexibility of system is superior than other systems and the system also can be reference for financial industry.
