With the entrance of maturity stage of PC computer market, the market demand is gradually reduced, the way of the enterprise to improve quality of service and decrease service cost become the key factor of future development prospect. The quality of after-sales service becomes the new focus of attention of the enterprise. The PC market gradually shifts the emphasis from sale to after-sales service, and the requirements have improved about each link of after-sales service.The cost consumed by after-sales service is one of the maximal expenditures of the enterprises. The application of scientific methods to improve the way and level of after-sales system management can effectively reduce expenditures of the enterprises. Therefore, to optimize the after-sales service system optimization is imperative. This thesis regards after-sales system of our company as object of study and does optimal design and realization for management style and system framework of the current after-sale system by using exponential smoothing of trend factor and seasonal factor. This thesis mainly solves a series of difficult problems existing in the current after-sales management system, including difficult problems of improving customer satisfaction, low rate of usage, low standards of time limited and high cost of whole warehouse logistics. The applied exponential smoothing of theory with trend factor and seasonal factor is fit for the forecast of our company, which has both trend change and seasonal fluctuation feature time series problem. This subject will thoroughly change the current mode centralization of management of storeroom, and rationally arrange spare parts of PC machine to storerooms of each province in China by correct demand forecasting, regarding exponential smoothing as theory. It can break through bottleneck and change thoroughly about the rate of spare parts usage, maintenance and service cost. It can strengthen the competition of centralized management of the company in the computer manufacturing industry.This system optimum design will significantly improve the overall level of service, and make forecasting level more accurate and more detailed, and decreases overall after-sales coat in a certain extent. The mastery and practice for prediction technique supply a powerful safeguard to plan, control and decision of the enterprise. And it retains customers for the enterprises, and saves funds to provide support for future product development and research. Then the company's core competitiveness will be effectively improved ultimately.
