Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Management Mobile Application Based On Android Platform

With the rapid development of the mobile internet technology, as well as the construction and popularization of wireless network, the traditional personal computer terminal application software has become increasingly unable to meet the needs of researchers to access to data at anytime and anywhere. Meanwhile, the mobile intelligent terminal is not only flexible and portable and visiting the internet at high speed, but also provides rich human-computer interactivity. Therefore, the construction of scientific research management mobile applications to supply a new access to scientific research information and realize paperless information administration is of great importance. In this respect, this paper selected Android operating system which occupies the largest share in current market to develop a scientific research management based on Android platform.Firstly, the paper conducts a full research for the status of scientific research management system at home and abroad, analysis the deficiencies of the existing system, and then combines with the characteristics of Android platform and mobile devices, tease out the requirements of the scientific research management mobile applications based on Android platform. Next the system framework uses the Client/Server model to achieve network data interaction between client and server interface through the network communication based on HTTP protocol, and then combines the view interface development technology to accomplish detailed design and implement the functions of the platform, such as user administration, basis data and statistical analysis functions and so on. Finally the paper takes a very comprehensive testing and analysis of the platform to verify the accuracy each module and the stability and reliability of the mobile application.Now the mobile application can run normally, and the user interface interaction works well. At the same time the system has many advantages, such as good reliability, easy expand to maintain and so on, and it supplies efficient data administration for scientific research person, unit, project, product and award, regularizing the management process, improving research management efficiency and providing data support for science research decision. Currently, the mobile application has been published online and it provides new information access method for scientific researchers, improves the work efficiency of scientific researchers to a great extent with good practicability and stability.
