Before subsequent patch and packaged LED chip manufacturing, we need to be online to detect and classify by their optical parameters, due to the small LED chip size,quantity, and the industry for its high detection precision on optical parameters, making the chip detection and location large system development difficult. Taking LED chip testing equipment for the study, to study its chip positioning accuracy and efficiency,focusing on an optimization program from the detection process point of view, the main contents are:Summary mainstream chip testing equipment at home and abroad and the development of performance indicators, analyzes the characteristics and research status of electromechanical control systems and ramp control.The chip testing process carried out a detailed analysis of microarray analyzes the positioning accuracy and positioning efficiency, make precision positioning systems.Performed microarray analysis of an important process, proposed positioning system to optimize efficiency requirements.To enhance efficiency in ensuring the positioning positioning accuracy of the premise,first of all important moving parts were checking calculation, then the use of appropriate S-curve acceleration and deceleration control method to reduce shock and vibration, and finally for the motor theoretically simplify the analysis, extraction four important parameters and optimization strategies, and tested to verify its validity.By analyzing the division of the lower machine features designed hierarchical structure lower computer program called, optimize the next crew of the functional modules, the next crew variable specification, and design and implement a process for each program.Finally, the positioning system accuracy and efficiency test, measured by the point in the process of positioning error and positioning time for analysis, validation requirements to achieve optimal athletic performance, and efficiency improves more than 10%.
