Development Of The Pattern Design System Of Computer Sewing Machine

As the aided design system of Computer Sewing machine,Pattern Design System is used in designing and editing pattern graph on personal computer. The pattern graph file which is designed on Pattern Design System can be introduced into Computer Sewing machine to precise sewing. Based on this background, the Pattern Design System is designed, and the main work is as follows:(1)Study on varieties of pattern generation algorithms. Completed the based pattern generation algorithms, including line, circle, curve, lambdoid suture, back sew. And realize the complex pattern generation algorithms on this basis. Study on the binary structure sewing pattern format. Analysis on the graph process. Using Object-Oriented method to design the pattern graph graphic class. Analysis on the feature of data structure which is going to be stored.(2)Analysis on the general graphic file including DXF and PLT, and extract geometrical coordinate information from files. Then add sewing process information to convert it to pattern graphic file. Deeply analysis on Document/View architecture of the MFC and the serialization technology of the MFC. Design the data structure to store Geometric coordinate information and sewing information. After user has designed the pattern graph, using the serialization technology of the MFC to stored as disk file.(3)Through the analysis of the process of designing pattern graph, human machine interface has been designed by using MFC, including graphic input, graphic editing, graphic conversion and graphic display modules. Thus realize designing and editing pattern graph on PC.The pattern graph files which is designed in Pattern Design System can be introduced into computer sewing machine to precise sewing.The Pattern Design System which is designed and carried out takes advantage of complete functions, easy operation, and human-machine interface is friendly. It improve the efficiency of designing pattern graph. The Pattern Design System has formed product, launched on the market and obtained favourable comment from users.
