Research On Key Technologies Of BOM Management System For Vehicle Product

Under the new circumstances of manufacturing globalization and mass customization, there is a sharp rise in the magnitude of car product data, and vehicle manufacturing companies began to attach importance to the application of business management software. Development of information management software is in the ascendant, in which the promotion of PLM and ERP systems are particularly far-reaching, the management issue of BOM data in both is the first obstacle on the information road faced by the car company.From the practical problems of BOM management point of view, the basic requirements of BOM data management were summed up, and the problems of BOM multi-view unified management under the guarantee of BOM data diversity, single data source management as goals was solved in this article. The content of the following aspects have been focused:1) Proposed the BOM multi-view management model based on domain area, by dividing all kinds of BOM data required by product into engineering domain and process plan domain, providing a theoretical support for the unified management realization of BOM data at every stage of product life-cycle.2) Researched on the PPBOM conversion method based on BOM view mapping model, using the assembling relationship quad as the basis of BOM structure modeling, discussed the construction method of the key structure during the conversion of EBOM to PPBOM, and proposed the mapping function model of PPBOM conversion, thus realized the single data source management between engineering domain and process plan domain.3) Discussed PPBOM reconstruction issues under the circumstances of engineering change, put forward that the classification as the prerequisite for data-source decision-making mechanism, inferring the PPBOM reconstruction mapping function by composing the mapping function relationship of structure transform caused by engineering change, thus archive the result of EBOM and PPBOM dynamic synchronous and guarantee the consistency, accuracy and stability during BOM data transfer.Finally, based on the above technical methods, the implementation scheme of unifiedBOM management platform at the basis of SOA were described and some application examples on associated works to testify these methods were raised before.
