The instrument uses the C8051F040 SCM as its control unit. FFT algorithm is internal analyzed. The electric parameter mainly includes: current,voltage, active power, reactive power, apparent power and power factor, etc. set up Mathematical mode based on the database in transformer nameplate parameters. Measure the transformer parameter, so as to determine whether the transformer economic run in the area of economic operation.The instrument uses a 24-bit true color TFT touch screen, which has well human-computer interaction, it has data module which can directly communicate with the C8051F040 chip UART, and convenient for the development. With the printer as peripheral part, can be a recorder of the measured parameters.The instrument has been put into production. The reflect of the clients shows that the instrument operation is simple, full function, high reliability. It has higher use value and popularization meaning in ac electric parameters measurement and status of economic operation of the transformer.
