| At present, correlation studies on Strategic Early Warning System(SEWS) have already been the hot spots, but the modeling and assessment technique study of SEWS in the significance of Network Centric Warfare(NCW) is not mature enough. The theoretical analysis, structural design, evaluation assessment, etc. is of great significance for the design, research and application of SEWS, and it is also the indispensable tool in the construction of SEWS, as well as the key technology that shall be solved urgently. In this paper, the structural design of SEWS is studies, and the verification of execution model and system performance evaluation is studied on that basis. The main research achievements are shown as follows:1. Architecture design of SEWS based on DoDAF. Targeting at the disadvantages of DoD Architecutre Framework(DoDAF) in architecture design, consistency standard of view description and data model is proposed, for guaranteeing the consistency in architecture design. The flows of SEWS is analyzed by combining the task list of joint operation, and detailed design is conducted for the DoDAF-based SEWS architecture in the basic fight thought of network centric warfare, and realize the visual description for SEWS architecture with such model products as the DoDAF for fight view, system view and technical view, etc.2. Execution verification of the system architect of Simlink-based SEWS. Targeting at the problem that Do DAF-based static architecture cannot verify the fighting concept, the verification framework for the execution architecture of SEWS is proposed with the DoDAF core entity as the concept model. Considering flaws of traditional execution model, the mapping rule of DoDAF architecture static model and Simlink execution model is proposed, and the execution architecture of SEWS is designed in the Simlink simulation environment. On that basis, simulation model models is added for verifying the dynamic behavior features of the warning detection of SEWS architecture, which shows the practicability of method.3. System performance evaluation of SEWS based on architecture. Targeting at the problem that the traditional performance evaluation method neglects the comprehensive action of architecture on the efficiency, the influencing mechanism of architecture on the efficiency is analyzed, and the system performance evaluation framework based on the architecture system is established. Through the analysis of architecture relation, Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM) is introduced for analyzing the correlation of performance index of SEWS architecture. On that basis, the Analytic Network Process(ANP) method is applied for establishing the performance evaluation index system of networking SEWS, and a set of ISM-ANP architect performance evaluation model based on the architect system analysis is formed. The index weight comparison analysis determined by the traditional AHP evaluation method shows that this model can reflect the comprehensive integration effect of SEWS architecture relation to the efficiency. The emerging effect of system efficiency index during the efficiency integration is analyzed by combining the bucker and synergistic effect, and an efficiency index integration method based on the punishment and incentive mechanism weight factor is proposed. Moreover, together with the instance analysis, the effectiveness is illustrated, and it also fully reflects the emerging effect of system due to the impact of index value. Compared to the traditional method, the connection between the system design and evaluation is reinforced, and the emerging effect of the architectural relation on efficiency is considered. |
