With the rapid growth of the Internet, the Internet produced more and more huge amount of information, the performance of computer information processing need to face growing challenge. How to improve server performance by stably and economically is becoming more and more important. It’s highly cost and poor effective by upgrading a single machine to enhance the performance. The emergence of the cluster and load balancing technology solves the problem of the performance effectually. And the quality of the load balancing technology in the cluster directly affects the overall performance of cluster system. The open source software for a lot of enterprises greatly reduces the server load balancing technology in terms of cost, and improve the user experience through the rich equilibrium strategies. And at present the popular load balancing software processing poor in the balance, at the same time, those who can better deal with balance load balancing software implementation is relatively complex, the difficulty of deployment and application are large, even difficult to a wide range of applications. Based on the above reasons need a new kind of load balancing technology has good ability of equalization and ease of use, to make full use of server resources, let the user requests to get the fastest response.The current popular static load balancing technology exists response time jitter phenomena. Based on queuing theory this paper presents a new load balancing technology, by analysing of the technical ideas and improving the equilibrium strategies, solve the ease of use and balance problems. At the same time puts forward an expansion strategy, implement the don’t stop the expansion as well as solved the single point of failure recognition and automatic processing of the problem.Additionally, using the mechanism of reusing requests, avoid the loss of a single point of failure led to the request.This paper first introduces the current research status of the load balancing technology at home and abroad. Secondly introduces the existing cluster and the load balance technology and the current mainstream load balancing software and its advantages and disadvantages. Then based on the queuing theory was proposed based on the Worker model of the load balancing technology, and describes in detail the operation principle of this technology, and according to the theory of simulation numerical arithmetic test. Finally, designed and implemented a load balance technology of cluster system based on the pattern of the Worker for testing. The results proved that this technology can effectively and flexible and convenient to improve cluster system performance.
