The Design And Implementation Of Community Information Service Platform Based On Android

With the promotion of "Internet+" economic mode and the improvement of people’s requirements about information service, the concept had appeared which used network communication technology and control technology to construct community information service platform. Community information service platform is the product of intelligence and information, it is the supporting software facility of the smart community. With the development of information technology and the improvement of community service‘s quality, the platform will gradually be optimized and fully functional. The traditional community information services cannot meet the requirements of users. Now the community information service platform has been mainstream,it is realized by the computer and Internet, information service platform is inevitable trend to promote the development of community progress for the community.However, the information service platform for the community will face the problems with high cost, high maintenance quantity, the increasing number of users. The traditional community information service platform had poor applicability and portability, it needed hardware support, and mainly used for computer. At present,the Android system can precisely make up most of the deficiencies, so it is feasible to apply Android system to community information service. In this thesis, the community information service platform based on Android had been researched and designed.Firstly, this thesis introduced the general situation of the development of intelligent community information both at home and abroad, then introduced the history of Android. Secondly, I had a penetrating research of the feasibility of community information services, business requirements, functional analysis and so on. This thesis described the information service platform which used the Android system,it enabled users to break away from traditional access to information by computer, and users interacted with information between the server and mobile phone, and could quickly and easily get all kinds of information. The client was developed by Java language,used the communication of HttpClient to communicate with the server, and used JSON as data transmission formats. According to the analysis of requirement, I designed the function of the client. It mainly contained the login registration, community news information, property housekeeper, life housekeeper, and other functions, and I designed the structure and management of the background database. The platform used Eclipse as the development tool, Tomcat as the server and MySQL as the database. Through programming the code,the client achieved user’s login, display of news information, property housekeeper, life housekeeper module functions. At the same time the client achieved information communication with the server, the client could get information from the server and the server could save the information from the client.Finally, the test results showed that functions of the platform had been implemented and could be normal used. At the later development,the platform still need further expanded function, and play a role in the development of the community information service.
