In recent years, digital content and information system has become the mode that so many Chinese broadcast&television stations are spreading to use. Thus, there had appeared media assets management platform which can realize the unified management of TV program data. So many media companies have established media assets management system, media assets portal, media assets application. After that they may establish common media assets platform, integrated trading platform, etc. For the example of Shanghai Radio and Television, there have over 490,000 hours digital audio&video online stored, and 79,000 hours new video will be import every year. Also the system has to support over 20 hours' video files to be downloaded. There already have 3,000 TB disk storage to contain those audio&video files. After HD video being used, the online storage will be extended to 6,000 TB in the next 3-5 years. At the same time, Shanghai Radio and Television has over 8,000 employees working on various regions. So the meida assets system have to cost so much computing power, storage space,I/O, netword to complete the daily job. By the development of technology, traditional media assets service mode is difficult to improve the user experience, and the key point of reusing media assets is convenience and efficiency.With the development of mobile internet and intelligent terminal, people hope that mobile office comes true. Everyone can get the information they want, no matter when and where. This requires us to make the innovation of media assets system, and also enhancing the user experience in addition to the traditional service mode. Mobile cloud management is making full use of the flexibility, dynamic, scalable and virtual characteristics of cloud computing, so that can satisfied mobile cloud operation mode of digital media assets. It can bring the changing of business means and the promotion of core business management for users, which by realizing mobile management of collecting, editing, broadcast, control, cloud storage.The purpose of this research is to issue a system architecture that can change the traditional media assets management to mobile cloud management mode, and to implement the extended application by using this architecture in the future. In this paper, we will have research on the related technologies of mobile cloud computing, according to the business situation and the real needs of MAM System. Then, we can design and plan mobile media assets application's function module, and proposing technical requirements of the mobile media assets management.In this paper, we apply the mobile cloud computing technology to the media asset management, and analyzing the requirement of mobile cloud media asset management system. We focus on the integration of heterogeneous media data structure and the development of mobile cloud media resources system. Based on the analysis of overall structure and the demand analysis of mobile cloud media resources system, we present the system architecture and business model of mobile cloud media assets. Mobile cloud media asset management system are concretely designed and realized, including discussing its development and key technology. Through the experiment of developing the mobile cloud media asset management system, we use the technology like non-relational database, Node.js, Sencha Touch to develop this system and mobile application. We elaborated from the aspects of interface design, data model design, interaction design, etc. Finally, the system examples were evaluated. We imagine the prospect of media assets management's combination with mobile cloud computing technology.
