Since the birth of computer,data storage and processing is an important part of computer information technology,the concept of database management system has been put forward in 1960s,after E.F.Codd expounds the relation model in his paper,relational database has become the mainstream.Along with the development of information technology and software engineering,and the advent of the era of big data,although the traditional relational database has its convenience to use,but for the reason of traditional relational database in performance bottlenecks,it is difficult to directly deal with the data scale and the requirement of timeliness,so transforming traditional database single point architecture into distributed architecture become an effective solution,different trials in this field of different manufacturers or organizations were carried out,and they also puts forward some different solutions and models.However,in the actual deployment or use process,a complete set of data processing system or information service system model is subdivided into hierarchical modules.Often in the process of building,need to be responsible for different parts of the professional staff to work together,increase the cost of construction.So,how to keep the advantages of both traditional relational database,and ensure its performance in dealing with large-scale data at the same time have very important research significance.At the same time,the cloud computing due to its unique resource flexibility,centralized management,data security advantages begin to be widely used,users can buy according to their own needs corresponding resources and could be used directly in a short period of time without the work to build the hardware platform and network,and saves maintenance tasks on its own,more information service providers will start their own platform above the cloud computing platform.Therefore,this paper designs the system,also hope to be able to make ful]use of the resources of the cloud platform features of flexible allocation.In conclusion,This paper focus on the technology problems of the database functionality and performance when turn a traditional relational database into distributed architecture,such as distributed transaction processing,data quickly locate and so on.This article mainly research purpose is to provide a kind of distributed database based on cloud computing platform,through exploring the corresponding data distribution policy,automatic data query using the model,data synchronization method and the system elastic scale model,through the reasonable model design to achieve a low cost,easy to use,flexible scalable distributed relational database system.Paper give background and the research status at home and abroad,and narrates the paper structure arrangement,and then puts forward the existing in the system model design key difficult problem,at the same time,according to the author's experience in related technology,proposed the corresponding solution and the way of the overall system design,finally has carried on the part of the functional and performance testing and analysis were summarized.
