The Design And Realization Of Technology Transfer Managers Credit Bank System

The rise of information technology as the main indicator of the rapid development of science and technology and the knowledge economy, profoundly changed human social production and life, changed the course of national economic and social development. Construction of lifelong education system and learning society, has become an objective trend of development of human history and the inevitable choice. The Construction, implementation and evaluation of lifelong education system and learning society are systematic projects which need to reform and improve of the existing education system. It is vital to research and understand the necessity and urgency of establishing the "Credit Bank" system. Combined with national conditions, ways and strategies need to be proposed to build the "Credit Bank" system. Credit bank system is an important service sectors for technology transfer personnel training system, in order to ensure the complete technology transfer personnel training to provide quality services.This study aims to establish credit "bank" system of technology transfer manager training services. It focus on credit authentication mechanism,rules and credit transaction service processes of personnel academic degree education, vocational education and continuing education of technology transfer personnel. A new type of technology transfer personnel training service business model could be implemented through study credit loan, record the learning files and credit of trainees and provide credit store, credit custody, credit certification, credit transformation and credit management. This paper could be used for administrators of national training base, administrators of technology transfer accumulation district, administrator of training point, classroom teachers, teachers and students, etc. Technology transfer manager credit banking system include three core functions that are credit identification, credit accumulation and credit conversion. This system could provide the trainees all kinds of high-quality training services through functions such as Information management, curriculum management, class management, credit management and real-time teaching service.This essay studies the credit banking system of technology transfer managers with the application of B/S architecture, MVC architecture. Meanwhile, SSH framework, JSP, Ajax, jQuery, JavaScript and the implement system of Flex technology were also used in the essay.
