Construction site management is the core of the building management sector. Due to the inherent characteristics of the construction site, making coordination and management tasks on construction sites and other municipal departments both complex and onerous. In this paper, medium-sized site quality control and information system for a more in-depth study.Firstly, on the significance of the construction site project management, project execution efficiency of site characteristics and the status of the application site project management information system development in-depth analysis.Secondly, the quality control of the construction phase of the construction is divided into pre-control, control of things in the middle, after the control of the three phases, given the specific content of supervising engineers plan to control the quality factors, content and process quality control practices in the process, after the control content and measures proposed to control the quality and impact of control flow factors.Third, the supervising engineer for the construction phase of the specific business, research and evaluation proposed audit contractor supervising engineer construction scheme; fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to the construction program evaluation, establish a corresponding mathematical models and analysis by example to verify the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation of the feasibility of the construction program and rationality.Fourth, the construction quality control information system analysis and system design of the system, and establish a logical model of municipal engineering quality control information system proposed system modules, and the corresponding functional modules.Results of this study, with a strong practical and feasible, engaged in construction quality control department has some significance. It can be used as basis for the development of the construction quality control of information systems.
