The historical continuation of long-standing, profound culture, rich cultural wealth especially material cultural heritage is should not be underestimated. our country has formed a unique cultural connotation.it also carries the internal gene development of our long history, in recent years continuous development, The importance of the state and the public to the intangible cultural heritage has been enhanced, and some achievements have been made in the process of the inheritance and protection. in the process of the intangible cultural heritage, certain carrier is needed, the advantage of powerful TV language audience base highlights. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the TV program on the spread of intangible cultural heritage.To explore the influence of television programs on the spread of the intangible cultural heritage first must tease concepts related to television program of the intangible cultural heritage. Analyse the influence factors of the spread of Chinese intangible cultural heritage, which include the communication subject, skill and object attribute factor theory. And then the theory and the current status of China's intangible cultural heritage of television programs to analyze the status quo. At present, China's intangible cultural heritage TV broadcast platform and time is insufficient,what's more, they are lack of the general public audience and the expression method is single. According to China's current existence problems of TV programs of intangible cultural heritage, we put forward corresponding countermeasures of innovation development of TV program, improvement of the situation of TV content form and optimization of TV communication positioning. At the same time, analyze and ponder China's intangible cultural heritage television program from the specific topics such as the planning, structure planning, production planning, marketing promotion and development ideas.
