Since ten years that process mining has been applicated, The technology of process mining has been proven to be a very successful research field. Part of this success can be contributed to the ProM tool, which combines most of the existing process mining techniques as plug-ins in a single tool. The procedure is knowledge intensive if its value can be created by respecting the knowledge requirements of participants in the process. These kinds of processes are generally highly uncertain, with little or no structure;as a consequence, traditional process discovery methods, aimed at extracting complete process schemes from execution logs, usually provide a limited support in analysis these processes. As a solution, in our work we assume a methodology aimed at extracting related sub-processes,which represent collaboration behavioral patterns. Here we contribute a plug-in which removes some limitations that existed in ProM6, in particular with respect to the tight integration between the tool and the GUI. As process analysis techniques are increasingly focused on the analysis of knowledge-intensive(KI) processes, Domains such as emergency management, health care, or research as well as innovation development, are characterized by the performance of KI processes. They can be viewed as sequences of activities in accordance with knowledge intensive acquisition and treatment. These knowledge intensive processes can be executed in enterprises of different kind regardless of which type, production or service company. This paper introduces the development of a ProM plug-in for patterns extraction of knowledge-intensive(KI) processes, and mainly focus on the development of the graphics system and the operation of the database, which includes the completion of a clear separation between its mining algorithm real process and its graphic heuristcs mining nets, and all necessary interface for our plug-in PROM. Besides, I will have some adjustment of the former ProM versions, the ProM Framework has also been partly redesigned. I need to recall the algorithm of “heuristic clustering miner” to realize our methods and integrate it into the ProM6, which is one of the most prominent research tool for process mining. This paper introduces the detailed process from system design and implementation to system testing.
