The Research On Social Justice Problems In China In The Development Of Big Data

With the rapid development of information technology, human is entering to the era of big data where people mine the depth of data value and lay it as core. The big data brings great opportunities to the development of human society, and many countries will lift the development of data industry up to strategic height. The big data promotes the economic and social development, meanwhile, it puts forward severe challenges to social justice. This paper,which is based on the big data and combined with the reality of contemporary China, explores the social injustice caused by the open data and its application process, and tries to study how to maintain China's social justice issues in the development of big data from the system induction, the promotion of technology, the perfection of legislation, government and enterprise cooperation.The thesis is divided into four parts.In the first part, the era of big data is coming. First, it expounds the conception and characteristics of big data. Second, it introduces its emergence and development. Third, it sets forth its application fields and social value. Fourth, it recommends the current situation of the development of big data in China.In the second part, the development of big data plays an active role of social justice. First, it enhances the awareness of citizen, mainly including the participation consciousness, the supervision consciousness, the responsibility consciousness and legal consciousness of citizen. Second, it creates many fair competition opportunities. Third, it promotes the justice of government decision supported by the big data. Fourth, it shares the benefits brought by it.In the third part, there are several social justice problems in the development of big data. As the saying goes: every coin has two sides. There is no exception for the rapid development of big data which also produced some social justice issues along with it. First, the collection of data is not open and transparent. Second, the monopoly of data resource causes some unfair opportunities. Third, the application of data leads to many unfair results.In the fourth part, there are some measures to maintain the social justice in the development of big data. In order to maintain social justice safeguarding the sharing of social resource and interests. First, perfect the system design and guide data utilization, which can share the application and value of data with more people. Second, enhance the technical level and make the applications of data better and bigger. Third, accelerate the pace of legislation and standardize data released, which can lay a legal foundation for the development of big data. Fourth, seek cooperation and development, which can promote the impartial data.
