In this dissertation, we design an ultrafine amount of liquid flow rate measuring system based on the microfluidic chip, which is mainly based on the development of microfluidic technology and combines with the development of micromachining technology. And the core control device is based on the Cortex family STM32F107 hardware, then we devised out the system.In modern society, a lot of natural resources are consumed for the sake of human being's activities. And some resources, such as: a lot of valuable reagents which were used in biochemical analysis need to be extracted from a large amount of material resources, this cause a big waste. So if this analysis process in the microfluidic chip, a lot of natural resource could be saved. The other way is that many new phenomena tend to be able to appear in the microscopic world or only can be seen in the microscopic world, so it is quite meaningful and valuable to science research. And with the development of science and technology,microfluidic technology have also developed faster and faster, which accelerate the demand of measuring the speed of micro fludic liquid and makes it becomes possible,and it can be capable through the eventually present techniques. In the microfluidic chip system, the flow of liquid substance or liquidity analysis used in the analysis is the main carrier medium, so it is particularly important to measuring the real speed of the micro liquid.This paper, based on the analysis of the existing fluid flow rate methods, design out the micro liquid speed test system base on the core device micro-fludic chip and in this essay the study content in this paper is divided into four parts.(1) The introduction of microfluidic chip and the development of microfluidic technology and the shortcomings of some existing liqud speed test techniques, and then proposed the ultrafine amount of liquid flow rate measuring system based on the microfluidic chip.(2) The overall framework introduction of the ultrafine amount of liquid flow rate measuring system, it mainly includes the hardware framework design, chip framework design and software framework design.(3) The core component microfluidic chip design, research and development, production and bonding. And mainly bythe lithography equipment in our laboratory and the material PDMS which has many merits such as chemical stability, biological stability and physical stability to complete the chip's final bond.(4) The system's hardware design mainly combines: power supply circuit,motor drive circuit, system communication components circuit, the electromagnetic valve choose and control.
