Nowadays, the fourth generation wireless system is deployed around the world. In order too meet the growing demand of bandwidth, higher date rate and lower energy consumption, researchers begin the deployment for the new generation 5G wireless networks, which are expected to be deployed beyond 2020.Due to today’s communication environment with the explosion of wireless mobile multi-media devices and services, it’s a significant issue of 5G wireless communication system to increase spectrum utilization efficiently. By taking the advantage of short-distance communication, D2 D communication may achieve higher spectrum utilization, energy efficiency, throughput and lower delay, which would be a key technology of 5G and attract much more attention recent years. And “Green communication” is also an important issue in next generation. So the point of this research is to decrease the interference caused by the spectrum reusing of D2 D communication, while improving the efficiency of the spectrum utilization, and decrease the energy consumption of the system with the premise of guaranteeing the high QoS.This article forces on the research of radio resource management under heterogeneous networks with D2 D communication coexisted. Though the efficient allocation of radio resource, we can relieve the interference caused by the spectrum reusing of D2 D communication, and optimize the energy consumption of system under the QoS guarantee of users.Firstly, we represent the background and research statue of our search. Then, we make a detail introduction of the next generation wireless networks and the technology of D2 D communication. And we will force on the introduction of our research of radio resource management based on three different technologies, which includes relay cooperative, dynamic bandwidth allocation and fast resource allocation. Based on the analysis of the system model, we provide the corresponding resource allocation schemes, simulation, and analyze the property improvement of system brought by each scheme.
