Organic Thin Film Transistors(OTFT) will have a bright future, because it is more flexible than any other existed TFT technologies. Recent years, the performance of OTFT devices has been significantly improved, more and more prototypes of flexible display with OTFT backplane are emerging. This work is to design an integrated OTFT gate driver circuit for a flexible E-paper display based on a novel OTFT device, which have excellent on/off characteristics and can be operated under low logic voltage. The integrated OTFT gate driver circuit has 2 sub-circuits; one is a low voltage shift register which is operated under low logic voltage as-5V turn on and 2V turn off. the other is a level shifter, it amplify the output gate pulse to a large swing as-30 v on and 0v off,this OTFT gate driver is adapt to drive E-ink display...
