Holographic techniques can be divided into shoot and reconstructing the two process, according to the shooting and reconstruction process in the use of the difference can be divided into optical holography and digital holography and computer generated holography.Optical holography is one of the most traditional holography, digital holography,CGH is between optical holography with continuous advancement of digital technology combined with each other after formation. These two kinds of holographic technology overcomes the shortcoming of traditional optical holography reconstruction process, avoids the defects of traditional optical holography, has the required equipment is simple, high imaging efficiency, error and so on. Because of its unique advantages, digital holography and digital holography has been in many fields especially in precision measurement, anti-counterfeiting for image quality is highly required in the field of applied.The biggest factor affecting the quality of the reconstructed image of the hologram is the speckle noise in the holographic image. The source of speckle noise is the light source used in holography. Because of the high coherence of laser, light irradiation on the object of reflection light occurrence of coherent superposition, so in the generation of the holographic image can observed granular noise, this noise is called speckle noise. The presence of speckle noise greatly affects the hologram and the reconstructed image accuracy, thereby affecting their application in the field of.The goal of this paper is to deeply understand the principle of hologram recording and reconstruction process, find out the most suitable method of digital image processing on the hologram and the reconstructed image noise filtering, in order to achieve the goal of improvement of digital hologram reconstructed image quality.The main work and research results of this paper are as follows:Of optical holography, digital holography and calculation theory of holographic the holographic technology is the study and discussion, according to the existing research conditions and research situation of the digital holography and holographic calculation combining technology complete hologram recording and reconstruction process, the Burch coding and code and the corresponding simulation and reconstruction methods were selected and the ideal holograms and holographic image reconstruction like, to provide a basic material for the subsequent simulation experiments.Theoretical part of the speckle noise in optical hologram were in-depth study, to establish the corresponding mathematical model of noise, and use MATLAB software to realize the simulation of the speckle noise, obtained with noise in digital holographic image and containing noise of digital hologram reconstruction image simulation image.The optical noise reduction method, digital image processing methods are discussed, focusing on the holographic image denoising method for noise of. After a large number of simulation experiments, this paper respectively on the noise of the digital holographic image and digital hologram reconstruction image de-noising method to achieve suppression of speckle noise. This method combines the high frequency emphasis filter and Lee filter, first with high-frequency emphasis filtering method to filter the noise of the holographic image acquisition, achieve a preliminary noise reduction. The holographic image image reconstruction method using Lee filtering denoising after, so as to obtain the final image denoising results. Theexperimental results show that the combination of high-frequency emphasis filtering and Lee filter denoising method can effectively inhibit interference speckle noise in digital hologram is reconstructed image speckle and significantly improve the image reconstruction of digital holography as the image quality.
