The strain gauge signal is very weak, the output voltage signal is v order ofmagnitude, and needs to be magnified to collect, the job site exists a lot of interferencenoise signal, another the transmission lines quite long, the disturbance signal couples tothe measured signal though the signal transmission lines, it was magnified with measuredsignal together by amplifying circuit. And the orders of magnitude of the disturbancenoises signal is roughly equal to the measured signal and causing the measuring results arein accurate. in order to obtain the effective measuring signal, we must filtering thesampling signal.According to the characteristics of the jamming in the signal, respectively wedesigned the low-pass filter to filter the HF interference and the IIR notch filter to filterthe frequency50Hz power frequency interference, and the kalman filter to filter whitenoise interference. The simulation and the practical signal processing experiments arecarried out by using MATLAB, analyzing the existing problems in the experiment, inorder to solve the problems efficiently, optimized and improved the filtering algorithmmakes the sampling signal and the signal-to-noise ratio are improved efficiently, improvemeasurement accuracy. The experimental results show that the design of digital filter forthe subject has the characteristics such as the better operating stability, the high speedcalculation, high precision, and the strong real-time property, it reach the expectantprocessing requirements of the sampling signal.
