The Development Of LED Light Controller Based On LED Die AOI Machine

Light source control module plays an important role in machine vision, which can directly affect the quality of the image, the research on light source control technology has become an important field of machine vision and it has broad application prospects and the theoretical value. This article is based on automatic visual inspection of LED die AOI machine to develop a specific light source controller. The main contents are as follows:First, analyzing the needs of light source of the LED die AOI machine. According to the characteristics and parameters of the light source,we select different type of light source of the LED die AOI machine to build a platform for experiment to study the way of lighting on machine vision. By analyzing the collection of a large number of pictures, according to the best lighting effects to get the final lighting the way to determine the source of the light source controller controls the object model. The current mainstream light source controller research, which controls the lighting demand does not meet the needs of the LED die AOI visual inspection machine, and expensive.For control requirements, I designed light source controller in the core of STM32F103RBT6 based on LED die AOI machine. And it included a power supply module, the smallest single-chip system, LED driver module, communication module, hardware design and debugging interface. And completed the hardware circuit diagram of the light source controller, PCB diagram production.Using the Keil MDK to develop MCU internal programs, and developing the RS232 serial port communication protocol between MCU and PC. Then based on PC interface with the C# development, I realized PC control of the light controller. In C# to DLL encapsulation of PC functions, convenient user depending on the functional requirements for secondary development.Finally, building LED die AOI machine experiment platform for functional testing.The light controller designed in this paper has met the actual needs of the LED die AOI machine and achieved the expected level.
