Abstract/Summary:
Motion control platform and AC servo technology are playing an important role in Modern industry. Our country have fallen behind to other developed country like Japan, USA and German in this field. To break this blockade on techniques, many scientific research institution and High-Tech research & development unit have put a lot of effort in this field.This article make use of HuaZhong numeral control(HNC) 61131 software platform, and focus on the drive software development in under layer instead of the up layer application that it was used to be used, and this confirm the transportability and usability of HNC 61131 software platform in different application layer. This article begins with the IEC61131-3 standard, then introduce the five languages of it, and we Focus on the SFC. Then we pay attention to the software develop and under layer arithmetic of AC servo, and discuss the key parts of arithmetic: Clarke Transformation, Park Transformation and SVPWM. All the result will be simulated to get ready for the experiment discuss in the next chapter whit the help of MATLAB SIMULINK. because HNC 61131 software platform is based on operation of CANopen Object Dictionary(OD), then we discuss the key component of this article, the DS402 and it’s state machine, make use of HNC 61131 software platform to carry out the state machine whit the plug-in developed in C. We collect signals and make comparisons of this signals in the experiment, the result confirmed in this experiment can be used in further development of AC servo system.As the achievement of this subject, software we developed in this article can be an important bridge to make communication with the AC servo and HNC 61131 software platform, and that also is at service of other major special projects.
