Civil aviation system is the high-end user of satellite navigation system, which requires high performance of the navigation system. To the aviation users, integrity is one of the most concerned performance requirements. Integrity means when the satellite navigation system cannot be used for navigation, it is of the ability to provide users with timely, effective warning information. Beidou satellite navigation system is an important part of the global satellite navigation system(GNSS) which is currently implemented the independent development and operation in China. Put forward the concept of integrity in the Beidou system demonstration and plan to release the information of integrity in future system. Based on researching overseas integrity enhancement technique, this article aims to study the integrity technology of the Beidou system, explore the integrity monitoring method and the algorithm realization problems of related parameters. The main researching work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly, research the basic principle of WAAS system and integrity technology. Introduce the basic structure of WAAS, processing method of differential correction information and integrated monitoring structure, and also make detailed research of the ionospheric correction processing method-- ionospheric grid algorithm. Research and analyze of the WAAS message system, elaborated how the SBAS(Satellite Based Augmentation System) go through accurate communication of difference and integrity information by means of its message system.Secondly, introduce the structure, point locating principle, function and characteristics of Beidou navigation satellite system. And under the simulated constellation layout of5GEO+27MEO+3IGSO, go through deep research on the Beidou satellite visibility, dilution of precision(DOP) and receiver integrity monitoring(RAIM) availability. From the simulation analysis results, it shows that Beidou system has very good navigation performance.Last but not least, study of Beidou system integrity monitoring system process, detailed design of the algorithm of the user differential pseudo-range(UDRE), grid ionospheric vertical error(GIVE) and method of positioning the user domain integrity determination.Finally, make simulation analysis based on the realization of the Simulation data algorithm.By simulation analysis, it arrives at a conclusion: the performance of Beidou System is as much as the integrity function of WAAS and Enosis mainland China area, It is equipped with the ability of offering the integrity navigation during the APV-I flying stage to the single frequency(1575.420 MHz) users.
