With the development of science and technology, more and more industries pay more attention to more efficient management method. Enterprise business management plays an important role in enterprise information management, and it's has a great influence on the employees and the boss. As a software development company, using more scientific method and more suited to its own development management mode to manage the company becomes particularly important. The purpose of this project is not only to be based on the traditional business management, but also to meet the full sharing of resources within the enterprise and the transmission of information.The subject of existing domestic and foreign business management system is analyzed in this paper, combining theory with practice, demand a more detailed analysis is made on the development of Harbin Industrial University Software Engineering Company. Harbin Institute of technology software business management system, on the set of management system of industry service management, company management, communication management, system settings and real time communication to achieve the comprehensive information management. By combining with the actual situation of the company as well as the combination of excellent and domestic and foreign excellent software, a more efficient business management method is formulated.Through the university business management software system demand analysis and technical feasibility, decided to use B/S architecture, respectively for the front-end client layer and data storage layer and business logic implementation layer. The design and implementation of the system is mainly based on Java technology, Spring framework, Mongo DB non relational database, Kendo UI and Web Socket technology.In this paper the system all of the function modules of the detailed design and implementation process, and MD5 algorithm is given to achieve same file upload, and described it in the way text and flow chart on the module of each method call. And at the end of the paper, the system deployment test environment, the expected test and the actual test results are presented.. The results of the test verify the system's requirement analysis.
