This paper put forward a application system solutions based on domestic Loongson and independent network protocol of IOT. The core technology system solutions self-controlled,and it has far-reaching significance for long-term strategic objectives of our country.This paper describes how to design the hardware and software of following three modules:Module one: the embedded gateway of IOT based on Loongson processor. The hardware of this module consists a Loongson 1B core board and a expansion board,Loongson 1B core board major integrated processor, FLASH and SDRAM; expansion board main integrated wireless communication module and the expansion interface. The software of this module with embedded Linux operating system, this paper transplant Loongson development board's boot loader(PMON), kernel and root file system, and set up the embedded web server and embedded database system.Module two: The independent module of IOT based on the SI4432 RF. This paper compares the independent module of IOT with Zig Bee module, highlighting the advantages associated independent module. meanwhile this paper introduced the hardware of independent module. associated module was composed and key technology to which it relates, and describes the physical layer protocol stack, MAC layer, network layer and application layer. On this basis, this paper impove the backoff algorithm based on IEEE802.15.4 MAC layer with CSAM / CA mechanism, the current network status is added as a consideration to the above algorithm, the probability of a random backoff adjustment time interval size, can effectively reduce the probability of packet collisions, thereby reducing power consumption.Module three: wireless sensor module. In this paper, we introduce the overall design of wireless sensor nodes, according to the network topology distinguish node type as coordinator node, routing nodes, terminal nodes and defines the hardware and software. And design four modules with different kinds of sensors for system test.The main innovation of this article:First, when you build a system of IOT, we use of Loongson processor and independent IOT protocol module instead of mainstream ARM processor and Zig Bee module. Then Proved and tested its feasibility by experiment.Second, by analyzing the backoff algorithm base on IEEE802.15.4 MAC layer standard protocol CSMA/CA mechanism, combined with the hardware features of this module with the current network status, we proposed new improve program, and realized with the test, the results show that it can effectively reduce Packet loss rate. At the same time to reduce power consumption.Third, based on the theoretical formula combined SI4432 module features the calculation method of the optimal transmit power, receive sensitivity and balanced coverage of the selection, you can combine the physical environment, the flexibility of selecting the optimal transmit power, reduce power consumption.
