In recent years, quite a lot of researches about neural networks and switched systems have been arisen. The analysis of stability and synchronization is a fundamental project in the studies of dynamic system. But there are still relatively little researches that are focused on finite-time stability and finite-time synchronization of switched neural networks with nodes of different dimensions. Therefore, in order to preferably understand the dynamic characteristics of complex networks in real application, finite-time synchronization of neural networks and switched neural networks with nodes of different dimensions will be discussed in this article.The drive system and response system are respectively coupling networks of different dimensions, which means that the node numbers of each single network in these systems are not the same.In the first chapter, we introduce the development and research status of the neural networks and switched systems as well as the contents of this paper. In the second chapter, the finite-time synchronization of the dynamic neural networks with nodes of different dimensions is investigated. Non-linear controller would be established and the finite-time synchronization of the coupled switched neural networks with nodes of different dimensions is studied in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter, exogenous disturbance has be considered. Finite-time synchronization of the dynamic neural networks switched system of different dimensions with exogenous disturbance would be discussed in this chapter as well. The nonlinear feedback controller is designed aimed at different networks. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, the sufficient conditions of finite-time synchronization of these neural networks are derived. Finally,the numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of these methods.
