The traditional method of detecting particles has a low degree of accuracy,repeatability poor,slow,and other shortcomings.The use of digital images of the detection method can greatly improve the speed,reduce the time and improve accuracy,and other features.Image detection technologies make the industrial detect particles into digital age.This article is based on the completion of the particle image processing system of particle analysis,the papers in the measurement of particle theory and digital image processing on the basis of theory,the use of MATLAB language production to achieve particle size analysis of the software.The software has two main functions: First,through the image of pretreatment to achieve the enhancement of the image.The second is to achieve the particle size measurement.From the two main functions We can Complete the particle size measurementsIn this paper,the key is how to achieve the image of the particle size measurements,That is,how to realize to deal with the holes of the binary digital image and segrate the mutual connected particles.These two issues can be handled with two ways: First,we can use the knowledge of digital image morphology corrosion and expansion.Second we can also use the knowledge of binary image is filled with and curve fitting.By comparing results of the two images processing methods,we finally determine a more appropriate approach to achieve measurement.This paper work has good practical value in reducing labor and reaching requirements of the measurement accuracy of handling a large number of particles.
