Abstract/Summary:
At present, with the prosperity of network shopping and the rising of city distribution market, the growth of the logistics industry is unprecedented. The express delivery business is increasing at 20% every year. However, with the rapid growth of express delivery business, the questions that reflect the imperfection of city logistics distribution system also gradually exposed, which include the distribution inefficient, goods backlog in express enterprises, high customer complaints, and so on.How to improve the efficiency of "the last kilometer" urban logistics distribution becomes urgent problem. The difficulties in city logistics distribution include: the time-consuming parcel sorting, complex delivery route planning, wide delivery range,scattered distribution of delivery location. Only by analyzing from the source and solving these obstacles, can we help improve the efficiency of distribution, improve the city logistics distribution system.Based on the perspective of the parcel sorting and delivery address needed for improving the city logistics distribution efficiency and benefit, this article designs a set of address coding system which can automaticly identify and code addresses, uses software engineering method to develop a address system for logistics distribution.First of all, it analyses the actual operation and business process of distribution enterprises, then constructs a city logistics distribution address coding model according to the distribution vehicle walking characteristics and distribution range;Secondly, it combines Web application development technology, Microsoft.NET development framework, SQL Server database technology, Ajax technology, etc, with address coding theory and geographical coding technology, researches a suitableaddress coding algorithm and address coding model suitable for city logistics distribution; Thirdly, it develops city distribution address system,which can provide Web Service API address application for logistics enterprises, e-commerence enterprises based on third party address database. It can realize delivery address query and selection, geographic information query, send line making, express packages automated sorting based on address, provide delivery address coding information needed for the path optimization.The system tools designed in this study can help logistics enterprise achieve fast automatic partition and order sort according to address, so to build the high efficiency distribution plan, save the operating costs for the enterprise, promote the development of e-commerce and logistics industry. This research has theoretical significance and practical significance for "the last kilometer" logistics research.
